1. SERVICES

We provide floral design services for weddings, events, and businesses throughout Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. All services are subject to availability and customized based on your inquiry.

2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Full payment terms will be outlined in your proposal.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (if any) are at our discretion based on work completed and costs incurred.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide accurate event details and allow design freedom within the scope of agreed-upon preferences.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All floral designs, photos, and written content on our site are the property of Camellia Tide Flowers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Camellia Tide Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
